An Act amending Titles 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns), 11 (Cities) and 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in powers and duties of elected officials, further providing for organization of council, quorum, participation by telecommunication device, voting, compensation and eligibility and for compensation of auditors; in mayor, further providing for salary of mayor; in council, further providing for salaries; in mayor, further providing for salary; providing for municipal salaries; and making related repeals.
