An Act establishing a recovery and management program that includes recycling for certain waste electronic equipment; imposing duties on manufacturers and retailers of certain electronic equipment; providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Environmental Protection and for enforcement; establishing the Waste Electronic Equipment Fund and the State Default Plan Account; prescribing penalties; and making a related repeal.
