An Act amending the act of July 9, 2008 (P.L.915, No.64), known as the Water and Sewer Systems Assistance Act, further providing for legislative findings, for certification, for form of question, for proceeds and for powers and duties of board; authorizing the incurring of indebtedness, with the approval of the electors, of $600,000,000 for water supply and sewage treatment systems; providing for the powers and duties of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority and for authorization and expiration; and making editorial changes.
