A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee and the Joint State Government Commission to jointly conduct an audit and study on the compliance of nonrural telecommunication carriers with the Public Utility Code and high-speed broadband universal service deployment mandates and to report their findings and recommendations to the House of Representatives.
