A Resolution recognizing the week of October 23 through 31, 2018, as "Red Ribbon Week" in Pennsylvania and encouraging Pennsylvanians to participate in drug prevention education activities throughout the year to demonstrate their strong commitment to a drug-free Commonwealth.
