An Act amending the act of June 30, 2011 (P.L.81, No.18), known as the Pennsylvania Web Accountability and Transparency (PennWATCH) Act, further providing for definitions, for searchable budget database and for administration; establishing an advisory committee; and further providing for vendor identification system and for report to Governor and General Assembly.
