Digest: This Act makes OBDD give money to cities for infrastructure to support housing. (Flesch Readability Score: 63.4). Requires cities receiving grants to provide reports to the Oregon Business Development Department. Appropriates moneys to the Oregon Business Development Department. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.

Relating to an income tax subtraction for amounts received in wildfire litigation; prescribing an effective date.

Relating to the development of student vocational skills.

Relating to firearm hold agreements; prescribing an effective date.

Digest: The Act allows FFLs to enter into agreements to hold guns for safety. The Act also directs OHA to develop a firearm safety pamphlet. The Act takes effect on the 91st day after sine die. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.9). Authorizes a federal firearms licensee to enter into a firearm hold agreement with a firearm owner. Digest: The Act lowers weight-mile taxes. The Act directs ODOT to adopt rules so that ODOT may issue refunds to taxpayers who overpaid weight-mile taxes in recent years.
