Nonvoting student board members are now explicitly excluded from participating in executive sessions, limiting their involvement to only those executive sessions where board-adopted rules specifically authorize their participation.

Each board member must now have an official institutional electronic mail address for official communications.

Special meeting notice requirements were clarified to require notice to all members pursuant to board bylaws, rather than just specific members.
