Summary
Proposes an amendment to the Oregon Constitution to prohibit the Governor or the executive branch from requiring a medical procedure or a vaccine or a type of vaccine to be administered to any individual or class of individuals, unless the Legislative Assembly has enacted a law that expressly identifies the medical procedure, vaccine or type of vaccine and the individuals or classes of individuals for which the medical procedure or vaccine administration is required. Refers the proposed amendment to voters for their approval or rejection at the next regular general election.
