Increased budget appropriations from the General Fund to the Department of Revenue, with Administration funding rising from $41,741,173 to $43,149,121, Property Tax Division from $24,975,850 to $25,675,108, and other divisions receiving corresponding increases.

Updated maximum fee revenue limits for Department of Revenue divisions, with Administration limits increasing from $15,846,015 to $16,213,660 and Property Tax Division limits rising from $38,998,081 to $39,399,725.

Adjusted funding for several additional programs including Corporate Division ($18,452,795 to $18,730,073), Marijuana program ($4,423,164 to $4,474,970), and Senior Property Tax Deferral program ($24,644,865 to $26,123,197).

Maintained the emergency declaration provision stating the act takes effect July 1, 2025, with no substantive change to the effective date.
