MINOR
The bill text was converted from an 'A-Engrossed' version to an 'Enrolled' version, which is the final form ready for the Governor's signature. The substantive policy content regarding budget allocations and spending limits for the Department of Land Conservation and Development remained unchanged.
TECHNICAL
The header was updated from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled', indicating the bill has passed both legislative chambers and is in its final form.
Added signature lines for the Governor, Secretary of State, and other officials to formalize the bill's enactment.
Removed the 'SUMMARY' section and explanatory notes about how amendments are marked, as these are not part of the final enacted law.
