Relating to the financial administration of the State Forestry Department; and declaring an emergency.
Summary
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the State Forestry Department for certain biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and certain federal funds, but excluding lottery funds and other federal funds, collected or received by the department. Limits biennial expenditures by the department from certain lottery moneys. Limits biennial expenditures by the department from certain federal funds. [ Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Emergency Board for allocation to the department. ] Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
