Summary
Authorizes the State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation to form or acquire subsidiaries to perform any function the corporation may delegate under law. Authorizes the corporation or a subsidiary to provide managed care services to injured workers. Sets forth the membership and duties of the board of directors that governs a subsidiary. Requires an annual audit of the managed care services provided by the corporation or a subsidiary. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
