Summary
Directs the State Forestry Department to establish by rule a pilot grant program for the purpose of managing wildfire risk by certain methods. Sunsets the grant program on June 30, 2027. Appropriates moneys to the department out of the General Fund for the purpose of funding the grant program. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
