Relating to developmental disabilities services.

] [ Requires the Department of Human Services to study developmental disabilities services. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to human services not later than September 15, 2026. ] [ Sunsets on January 2, 2027. ] Requires the Department of Human Services, when the department enters into a contract with a provider agency for the provision of services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities by direct support professionals, to annually adjust the payments made under the contract for inflation.
