Requires that a person on pretrial release for a crime constituting domestic violence wear a location tracking device that provides real-time location alerts to the victim and law enforcement agencies. Specifies an exception. Requires as a supervision condition of probation or post-prison supervision that the defendant wear a location tracking device that provides real-time location alerts to the victim and law enforcement agencies for the first 90 days of supervision. Specifies an exception.
