Summary
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the State Library for biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including certain Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Library. Limits biennial expenditures by the State Library from assessment against state agencies. Limits biennial expenditures by the State Library from federal funds. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
