Relating to the financial administration of the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries; and declaring an emergency.
Summary
Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries for biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts and specified federal funds, but excluding lottery funds and other federal funds, collected or received by the department. Limits biennial expenditures by the department from other federal funds. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
