Waterway access permit requirements now apply to all nonmotorized boats regardless of length, with new exceptions created for certain operators.

Increased deposit amounts into the Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Fund from $5 to $8 for standard certificates, and from $13 to $13 for livery boats (unchanged but restructured).

Increased waterway access permit fees from $5 to $6 for one-week permits, $17 to $20 for annual permits, and $30 to $35 for biennial permits.

Increased boat livery annual fees from $90 to $100 for 6-10 boats, $165 to $185 for 11-20 boats, and $300 to $340 for 21+ boats.

Increased deposit amounts into the Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Fund for livery operators, ranging from $30 to $40 for smaller operations up to $100 to $140 for larger operations.
