Summary
Establishes the Veterans' Benefits Economic Development Fund. Appropriates moneys in the fund to the Department of Veterans' Affairs to assist veterans and family members of veterans to apply for federal and state veterans' benefits and aid. Allocates lottery moneys to the fund. Sunsets January 2, 2035.
