Summary
Requires each community college and public university to have at least 65 percent of the total number of credit hours offered to be taught by full-time employees of the college or university during the 2026-2027 academic year and at least 75 percent of the total number of credit hours offered to be taught by full-time employees every academic year thereafter. Requires each community college and public university to report annually to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission on compliance with the full-time employee requirement. Requires the commission to report annually to the Legislative Assembly on compliance with the full-time employee requirement by each community college and public university.
