Relating to specialty courts.

Summary
] [ Directs the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to study issues related to specialty courts, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026. ] [ Sunsets January 2, 2027. ] Directs the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to appoint an advisory committee on treatment courts. Changes the defined term "specialty court" to "treatment court" and modifies the definition. Directs the Chief Justice to designate a case management system for maintaining treatment court records. Directs treatment court programs to use the system for case management.
