Relating to psilocybin; and declaring an emergency.

[ Prohibits ] Allows licensees of certain health professional regulatory boards [ from disciplining licensees for providing ] to provide psilocybin services as licensed psilocybin service facilitators [ or for discussing ] while providing the health care or behavioral health care services the provider is authorized to provide. Allows health care providers to discuss psilocybin services with clients or patients and to provide psilocybin services if the health care provider is a licensed psilocybin service facilitator . Allows the Oregon Health Authority and certain health professional regulatory boards to share with each other information relating to complaints and discipline, but otherwise requires confidentiality. Changes membership of the Oregon Psilocybin Advisory Board. Requires psilocybin product labels to include the psilocin potency in a product. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
