Relating to state parks; prescribing an effective date.

Summary
Creates the Oregon Parks for All Subaccount within the Parks Donation Trust Fund. Provides that moneys voluntarily given at the time a vehicle is registered in this state shall be used to provide free access to state parks by Oregon residents and for the benefit of state parks. Eliminates the requirement to purchase day-use parking passes to park a vehicle registered in this state at a state park. Directs the State Parks and Recreation Department to report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to natural resources on the status of the new law no later than October 1, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2032. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
