MODERATE
The bill was finalized from its A-Engrossed version to the Enrolled version, which is the final version sent to the Governor for signature. The substantive policy content regarding climate risk management for the Public Employees Retirement Fund remained unchanged, with only formatting, header information, and signature blocks updated to reflect the bill's passage by both legislative chambers and its final approval.
TECHNICAL
Header changed from 'A-Engrossed' to 'Enrolled' to indicate the bill has passed both House and Senate and is ready for Governor's signature.
Added signature blocks for House approval (May 1, 2025), Senate approval (June 16, 2025), and Governor's approval with blank spaces for dates and signatures.
Removed the 'SUMMARY' section that provided an editor's digest of the bill's essential features, as this is not included in the final enrolled version.
Adjusted line breaks and formatting throughout the document to comply with final enrolled bill standards, including adding page numbers and proper spacing.
