Relating to economic development; declaring an emergency.

Requires Oregon Business Development Department, in consultation with State Treasurer, to study funding and incentive opportunities for state energy industry. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to energy and economic development not later than September 15, 2023. Requires State Department of Energy to study pathways for expanding regional collaboration between this state and neighboring and energy interdependent states on infrastructure, workforce development, supply chain and tribal consultation requirements. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to energy and economic development not later than September 15, 2023. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
