Relating to certified parole and probation officers employed by the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision.

Provides that certified parole and probation officer employed by State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision qualifies as police officer under Public Employees Retirement System. Provides that certified parole and probation officer employed on effective date of Act is entitled to service in retirement system as police officer for all service performed as certified parole and probation officer employed by board.
