Summary
Requires Bureau of Labor and Industries to study matters relating to psychological abuse occurring in workplaces in Oregon. Directs bureau to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to business and labor not later than September 15, 2024 ] prepare model respectful workplace policy that employers may adopt . Requires bureau to create and make available to employers informational materials identifying harms to employees and employers caused by workplace bullying.
