Summary

Requires Department of Human Services to ensure that ] investigate options for allowing adults receiving developmental disability services to receive supports necessary to live in homes they own or rent and with support of roommates that they choose. Requires department to report findings from investigation to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to human services by December 1, 2023. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
