Summary
Directs Office of the Governor to establish plan to implement recommendations for improvements to workforce development system. Requires Governor to establish plan within 180 days of effective date of Act. Establishes program within Higher Education Coordinating Commission to create career pathways to high quality jobs in clean energy workforce.
