Authorizes court to require as condition of probation for person convicted of harassment ] completion of sex offender treatment program and submission to polygraph examinations, if recommended by probation officer and if probationer is on supervision for any sex crime or harassment involved ] involving touching of sexual or intimate parts of another person , or was previously convicted of any sex crime .
