Relating to the expenditure of state moneys based on the amount that is attributable to a student; prescribing an effective date.
Summary
Requires each school district, education service district and public charter school to ensure that state moneys received by district or school are used to educate student for which moneys are received. First applies to 2024-2025 school year. Takes effect July 1, 2024.
