Relating to confidentiality of child welfare records.

Summary
Requires Department of Human Services to study options for protecting from disclosure in certain proceedings information regarding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression of children in department's custody. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to human services not later than September 15, 2024. ] Sunsets January 2, 2025. ] Prohibits certain persons from disclosing records of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression of child or ward. Creates exceptions.
