Relating to elections.
Summary
Makes in-person voting on date of election, rather than vote by mail, standard method for conducting election. Allows any elector to request ballot that may be voted by mail if elector is unable to vote in person on date of election. Retains vote by mail as primary method for conducting election for military and overseas electors and for electors who have mailing address outside of Oregon. Requires that all ballots be returned by date of election. Removes requirement that state pay postage for ballots returned by mail.
