Summary
Requires health insurance coverage of specified fertility services and treatments. Requires Oregon Health Authority to study inequalities in assisted reproduction for individuals who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or are members of other minority gender identities or sexual orientations and to issue report no later than January 31, 2025, on authority's findings and make recommendations for ensuring that assisted reproduction is available in equitable, inclusive and nonexploitive ways for Oregonians enrolled in state-funded programs that provide medical care to low-income individuals. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
