Relating to the distribution of proceeds from county sales of foreclosed property; prescribing an effective date.
Summary
Provides for distribution of net proceeds from sale of property upon which county foreclosed lien for delinquent taxes to each lienholder whose interest in property was forfeited, and to any person other than lienholder whose right of redemption with respect to such property terminated, when property was deeded to county. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
