Summary
Directs Department of Education, in collaboration with Teacher Standards and Practices Commission, to conduct study to identify most effective methods to diversify educator workforce and to report results of study to interim committee of Legislative Assembly related to education. ] Sunsets December 31, 2021. ] Modifies requirements of report on Educators Equity Act that is prepared by state agencies. Directs Educator Advancement Council to participate in creation of report. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
