Summary
Repeals ] Modifies statute authorizing law enforcement officers to command dispersal of unlawful assemblies and arrest participants who do not disperse. Removes requirement to go among persons unlawfully assembled and arrest persons. Authorizes arrest for unlawful activity constituting offense.
