Relating to consideration of criminal convictions in school settings.

Summary
Removes certain nonviolent crimes from list of crimes that automatically make person ineligible to hold license or registration issued by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission if person has been convicted of crime. Directs commission to establish standards for determining when to issue license or registration to person who has been convicted of those crimes. ] Allows commission to refuse to issue license or registration to person who has been convicted of those crimes.
