Summary
Prohibits expansion of Aurora State Airport unless under intergovernmental agreement of Oregon Department of Aviation, Clackamas County, Marion County, City of Aurora and City of Wilsonville. Sets forth required terms of agreement. Sunsets January 2, 2035.
