Aligns timing of extension of affordability restriction for publicly supported housing with timing for sending notices. Allows qualified purchasers to make offer upon delivery of , or delivery deadline for, first notice. Requires owners of certain publicly supported housing to provide notice to tenants before expiration of affordability restrictions.
