Summary
Establishes energy efficiency standards for certain appliances sold or offered for sale in this state. Removes requirement that certain appliances sold or offered for sale in this state meet state energy efficiency standards. Authorizes Director of State Department of Energy to update energy efficiency standards by rule. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
