Summary
Establishes Citizens' Initiative Review Commission Endowment Fund and Operating Subaccount. Requires interest and investment earnings earned in fund and subaccount to be credited to subaccount. Permits ] Requires Oregon Department of Administrative Services to distribute moneys in subaccount to Citizens' Initiative Review Commission to use moneys in subaccount to carry ] for purpose of carrying out commission's duties.
