Establishes Domestic Violence Committee within Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to study and make recommendations on ways to improve criminal justice system response to domestic violence in state ] facilitate coordination between state agencies and organizations providing services in response to domestic violence, advise Governor and Legislative Assembly regarding policies and best practices for state agency response to domestic violence, provide training for state agencies regarding domestic violence and increase public awareness regarding domestic violence issues . Declares emergency, effective on passage.
