Summary
Requires employers of seafood processors to calculate applicable overtime pay for employees on daily and weekly basis and pay greater of two amounts. ] Removes substantive language from definition of "workweek. ] Repeals exemption for seafood processors from overtime requirements applicable to persons employed in canneries, driers and packing plants.
