Summary
Establishes, if State of Oregon adopts cap and trade program, credit available to certain households ] eligible persons for purpose of mitigating carbon price indirectly paid by households ] through purchase of motor vehicle fuel to propel eligible motor vehicles on public highways. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die or on effective date of chapter ___, Oregon Laws 2019 (Enrolled House Bill 2020), whichever is later.
