Relating to discipline of lobbyists; declaring an emergency.

Requires Oregon Government Ethics Commission to receive written findings of fact prepared by investigator directed by Legislative Assembly or legislative rule to determine whether lobbyist engaged in conduct prohibited under legislative branch personnel rules. Directs commission to conduct proceedings and deliberate on written findings. Authorizes commission to undertake its own investigation of matter. Requires commission to determine appropriate remedy to be imposed. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
