Relating to county governing bodies.
Summary
Provides that governing body of county shall be nonpartisan board of five commissioners elected by people of county. Requires county to provide by ordinance or resolution for structure of board, board districts, if any, election procedures and compensation for commissioners. Becomes operative January 1, 2021.
