Relating to hazing at institutions of higher education.

Requires each community college colleges ] and each college and university universities ] operating in this state that offers baccalaureate degree programs and receives receive ] state financial aid to adopt written policy on hazing, provide on-campus policy training on hazing and annually report to Higher Education Coordinating Commission ] Legislative Assembly number of hazing incidents reported and investigated by community college , college or university during previous academic year.
