Summary
Directs Office of Emergency Management to study and make recommendations regarding possible improvements to operations of office. Requires office to submit report on findings by January 1, 2021. ] Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Higher Education Coordinating Commission for distribution to Oregon Campus Resilience Consortium for purpose of implementing emergency response, continuity and recovery initiatives at post-secondary educational institutions in this state. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
